BGK will handle payments in mCitizen app. Selected without invitation to tender, Cieszynski responds

The Minister of Digitalism Janusz Cieszynski chose without a tender which bank will handle payments in mCzycietel application. It's a National Farm Bank. The complaint responds: "The charge concerns that alternatively of engaging a private company we propose that the payment operator be a 100% state bank - BGK, and the transaction cost to the Ministry of Digital Affairs will determine... the ministry itself at a level of not more than 5 cents" - he points out.
