Last week the results of the survey were published, in which Poles were asked how they would measure the introduction of a temporary taxation financing increased investment in defence. The concept of neutralising the budgetary effects of higher or fresh taxation increases is not only hypothetical. Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia have chosen to do so.
