"The alleged Windmill Act will not gain approval of president Karol Nawrocki" - stated president Rafał Leśkiewicz on Monday. He changed his head on Tuesday. "I didn't precisely express myself," he said. This bill, among others, freezes the prices of electricity to households until the end of 2025.
