Without investment in discipline Poland will not be safe

"If Poles and Poles think that mines and fences can defend them from Russian aggression, I can only say good luck. Without investment in discipline Poland will not be safe. Meanwhile, further governments increase the cost of arms, at the same time cutting the budget of science," says the political scientist Prof. Jan Zielonka.
