"Better late than never." Sikorski on the Duda movement

Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski commented on Friday in Brussels that the president of the Council of Ministers' Chancellery received first requests for countersignate of ambassadorial nominations. "Better late than never, as the Highlander said, having missed the train," he said.
