In Warsaw, the General Sigismund Berling Association of the People's Traditions of the Polish Army was held at the office of the Association of Combatants of the Republic of Poland and erstwhile political prisoners. The reunion was of a reporting and election nature. It was attended by delegates from all over the country, including Mazovia, Podkarpacia, Silesia, Warmia and Mazury. Among the invited guests were: the president of the Polish Army Soldiers' Union Colonel Marek Bielec and representatives of ZKRPBWP, Stow. Generation and Polish thought Club.
Major Kazimierz Rzzanek was succeeded by Colonel Bogdan Tadeusz Pokrowski. The Management Board was composed of Mariusz Edmund Bochentin, Kazimierz Rdzanek, Zbigniew Bolesław Cegiełkowski, Lidia Wallich, Leszek Piotrowski and Dawid Hajder.
The action plan for the following years has been outlined. A minute of silence was celebrated for the dead colleagues, including many front soldiers. The most crucial are educational activities among young Poles, the defence of the good name of soldiers 1 and 2 of the Polish Army and the efforts to reconstruct the destroyed monument of General Zygmunt Berling in Warsaw.
