Berlin is furious. Approval to "enemy" take over the German bank

The German government has no reason to be pleased due to the fact that it failed to defend Commerbank from the Italian UniCredit group. The second may increase the shares in the German lender by decision of the German Antitrust Authority (Bundeskartellamt).
