The only meaningful measurement of the benefits of EU funds is their per capita size, not national absolute values, where Poland is automatically and falsely ranked. I have already left out the only correct account of the overall cost and economical benefits of EU membership, which includes the benefits of marketplace access and repatriation of investment profits. For example, Germany's benefits of participating in the EU Single marketplace exceed as many as 5 times their contributions to the EU budget. In this meaningful comparison of net per capita funds, Poland is only 14th place, with countries specified as Luxembourg, Belgium, Greece, Portugal and all countries with the exception of Slovenia.
