The latest statements of the Israeli government and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decisions concerning the West Bank are of serious concern. According to media reports, the Prime Minister recommended the preparation of an extended military operation in Palestinian towns following tragic events in the Nablus area. At the same time, the Minister of National Security, Zionist Itamar Ben Gwir, was to call for cities and villages to be treated in the occupied West Bank "such as the Gaza Strip", suggesting actions leading to massive harm to infrastructure.
