Bell Textron qualified for the second phase of FSN

On January 5, Bell Textron reported on the decision of the U.S. War Department to qualify the above entity's bid for the second phase of the FSN (Flight School Next) program, which assumes the acquisition of fresh school-training helicopters for land military aviation.
