Belgorod on fire - harm to substations, shooting at the training ground and explosions

Today before noon (i.e. Sunday 16.10.2022), a large number of heard explosions were reported in the Belgorod region of Russia. Initially, Russian channels on the Telegram messenger explained this by the operation of air defense, but the videos appeared showed that Russian systems most likely failed to cope with the attack (attacks).
