Belarus will again track trucks from the EU. Introduces navigation seals

Trucks entering Belarus from Polish, Latvia and Lithuania have been banned from driving in Belarus without navigation seals by the Belarusian regime. Carriers have 10 days to install them. The device allows the government to track each vehicle.
