Alaksandr Lukashenka reported that on his orders the Belarusian forces of peculiar operations were deployed along the border with Ukraine. The president of Belarus argues that the actions are purely defensive, but his declarations coincide with further signals of increased military activity in the country and reports of force from the Kremlin.
