Belarus bans private drones. defence or mobilization?

Aleksander Lukashenka signed a decree which importantly restricts the use, retention and production of drones in Belarus. The decision may be the aftermath of an attack at the military airport in Maczuliszcze close Minsk, during which the A-50, Russian aircraft was damaged early warning.
