Belarus bans private drones. defence or mobilization?

Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree that importantly limits the use, retention and production of drones in Belarus. The decision could be the aftermath of an attack at the Machishchi military airport close Minsk, during which an A-50, a Russian early informing aircraft, was damaged.
