There will be oil duties from Russia. Only Hungary and Slovakia will pay

The European Commission will impose duties on Russian oil imports into the Community. This is to force Hungary and Slovakia to search out suppliers from outside Russia – the only countries of the Union inactive financing Putin's war. The White home can't defend them anymore.
