(j)When the end of alleged communism was announced in Poland no of the average inhabitantsPoland, In his naivety and unawareness not
He was able to announcement this immense fraud that followed.
The main actors of this task had full control over all media. And those fewer people, who were not connected to authority, who possibly knew or at least assumed what was actually going on, had no way of telling the public.
Today the present state of the Polish State is the consequence of this fraud.
And any negative consequences we're dealing with now are
It's a result, too. For many of us it must be clear that the debt of the country with simultaneous liquidation of our own Polish economy is simply a plan which is implemented consistently and with premeditation. The fact that any have built fortunes on this occasion is simply a tiny “split” of this phenomenon. Their "profits" are disproportionate to the losses which the Nation has suffered.
The question arises; if the full legal, economic, media and strategy of present moral values is based on fraud, should we consider it to be “for centuries” in force? And let those who turned out to be usually petty frauds or useful idiots, consequently, always usage our country and nation?
Let us now return to the subject of action and consequences, as well as consequences for both parties. Means active and passive. A passive 1 or 1 who bears the consequences of the act.
Some examples of everyday life:
1. If, for example, a man who is married and conceals this fact enters a fresh relationship, does this have legal power? And while remaining in 2 relationships, his legal position remains in line with the rules and the strategy of values in a given society?
2. If 2 bandits by voting (meaning democratically) find that they must kill individual and do so, then it is binding on the remainder of the society? And it should stay without punishment?
3. If the same or another bandits by coercion (e.g. weapons or blackmail) besides force another people to vote yes on killing anyone, is this binding and acceptable to the full society?
4.What if they manipulate the public to vote by spreading lies (through the media they own) or even by concealing facts that could affect the result of the vote?
We know adequate of these cases.
I hear the law is binding on everyone. If individual wants to argue that the examples concern only individuals and not groups, the question is: if a fewer people rob a bank and then with the money they rob buy themselves a property, does it always belong to them?
I'm certain it is, unless this robbery is resolved.
I am convinced that we gotta come out of specified assumptions given the agreements which the Polish authorities have concluded with abroad entities. Subject to any commissions, if any.
The consequences of this "founder" fraud within the country will be addressed another time.
And here is simply a request to all legal professionals in Poland as well as global law;
Can apparent fraud (should be) be the basis for building social structures and the legal system? If the alleged democratic elections are decided by manipulating society, is that binding on this society? With all the consequences?
Questions of this kind can be multiplied indefinitely. Consider the above as the beginning of social discussion. Is it only interesting that there will be people with legal education in Poland brave adequate to take up the subject?
I'd like to aid you decide. In specified as frequently criticized Germany, there were lawyers who, risking their own careers and risking consequences, specified as failure of the right to a profession or material loss, challenged many decisions of the German government. Strangely, there were besides courageous judges who found the complaints valid. As a result, incriminating protocols were revealed
German government. It is clear from them that the German people were harmed.
The second aspect worth discussing is the subject of a life model, in which we are expected to live as planned by the “gentlemen of the world”. Artificial intelligence and robotics, which are now being introduced, are designed to deprive millions of people of their jobs according to their plans. And the profession of lawyer in its present form will cease to exist.
This is understandable due to the fact that artificial intelligence, that is, the collection of amazing amounts of data is surely faster (by comparison), in verification and assessment of legal problems than the average lawyer. Provided that the algorithms managing it are set accordingly.
