LGBT activist Bart Staszewski lost again in court with Kaja Godek. The territory Court in Warsaw upheld the decision of the territory Court for Warsaw-Wola to dismiss the case which Staszewski founded in 2021. It is about the gathering and conversation which took place in the area of the counter #StopLGBT to the equality parade in Lublin on 23 October 2021. The judgement is final and no longer subject to appeal.
Revenge for the #StopLGBT bill
The case has been going on for 3 years and was an chance for Bart to organize hate run against Kai Godek and the full Life and household Foundation. The Homoactivist had the biggest complaints about bringing a bill to the civilian Sejm #StopLGBT. Therefore, he attacked on his social channels and in the media to which he was invited. He was moved that Poles did not want to see the disgusting parades of homoactivists on the streets and many signed under the bill against homopropaganda.
The pretext to file the indictment was for Staszewski the conversation he had with Kaja Godek in the presence of respective people associated with the Life and household Foundation. The gathering took place in October 2021 during counter #StopLGBT to homo-mart Lublin. Staszewski himself approached the counter, from the beginning with the intention of gaining a recording that he could someway usage against ŻiR. A fragment of this conversation can be seen in the video.
Bart Staszewski lost final
In 2022 Staszewski made a private indictment and filed evidence. lawyer Kai Godek reacted with a replica and filed a common indictment. Case It was rolling. Both ways, then. W On May 2024 the territory Court for Warsaw-Woli dismissed both cases. Then on September 11, the same year, the territory Court in Warsaw upheld the decision to resign. The conviction is final.
Bye bye, Bart Staszewski. Case dismissed in First instance, dismissal sustained in II instance, valid.

LGBT Activist
Who is Bart Staszewski? He introduces himself as a filmmaker and LGBT activist. He co-founded respective organizations promoting homosexuality, including the Equality March in Lublin, Love Can Not Exclude. In addition, he co-authors the movie “Article 18” whose message is demand to introduce gay and lesbian marriages in Poland. Staszewski regularly appears on equality parades across Poland, where he has repeatedly provoked. Among others, he appeared with a flag imitating the flag of Poland, but in LGBT colors. He was besides seen with the emblem of Poland – besides in colors associated with homosexual environments.
Staszewski became celebrated for his action of placing plates ‘LGBT-free zone’which he produced and drove around Poland. Then the pictures with the plates went abroad, making the public in Western Europe convinced that the persecution of gays and lesbians was ongoing in our country. For slandering Poland internationally, he never apologized. During the period erstwhile the civilian task #StopLGBT was conducted in the Sejm, Staszewski was 1 of his main critics, although the task was signed by a full of 350 000 citizens.
