Banks, credit cards, gas, ships. EC: We're going for Russian money

The European Commission has proposed to the European Union countries the 19th package of sanctions against Russia. These proposals include, among another things, a complete ban on transactions for Russian banks, a ban on Rosnieft and Gazprom Nieft, a complete ban on Russian LNG imports and extended restrictions on the alleged Russian shadow fleet.
