On October 25 - 31, regular intruder Józef Janik, father of the bander's mercenary violated the contract with the intruders by 8 times trespassing on our marked area and tipping our fence, ripping out 2 wooden stakes. On 30.10.2023, he signed an acknowledgement of receipt of our requests in the form published below “The Statements of 25.10.2023 on the condition of a Bandit Robbery in Stobc -Lechistan by a mercenary bander from Janika's Sandomierz military unit and his household on the Judges of the Arbiters of the global Court of Arbitration of Natural Law based in Łowicz II, Flensburg (MSAPN). We were attacked by this bandit household of a bandit threatening with an axe, a saw and scaring us that they would destruct our buildings, due to the fact that we said that we know late that they have deceived us, due to the fact that they are not actually any owners of this neighbouring plot, which they use, among others, to peek at us and to usage unauthorised intellectual control techniques.

on the occasion of a bandit assault in Stobc -Lechistan by a mercenary of the flags from Janika's Sandomierz military unit and his household on the Judges of the Arbiters of the global Court of Arbitration of Natural Law based in Łowicz II, Department of Space in Flensburg (MSAPN).

We declare that on 23, 24 and 25 October 2023, Jarosław Janik of Ivansk, along with his wife, parent and father, made a bandit assault on us, Judges of the Arbitters of the global Court of Arbitration of Natural Law based in Łowicz II, University Department of Flensburg (MSAPN) for noting that they have no rights to land or the right to cut trees at the site adjacent to the Lechic Centre in Stobc Lechistan.

We declare that the household of the Janics falsely told us that this game was their property. erstwhile the fact about the deficiency of any rights of the Janik household to this game came to us last year, we decided to organize in March 2023 the part of the game adjacent to our fence. Due to the safety of our and users of the territory road in Stobc, earlier all year we cut the branches falling down on the roofs of our buildings and besides asked Janik's father to remove the trees repeatedly thrown onto this road.

We declare that no 1 in the Janik household has provided us with any documents, evidence of the right to land or the right to cut down trees. This land is not owned by the Janik family, which has been carrying out robberies for many years. She tried to own this game for her needs by setting up a wooden shed borrowed many years ago, bee hives and at the same time grossly littering with plastic containers, Styrofoam and leaving a thicket of windmills and broken branches after the trees they cut.

We declare that on 23 October 2023 we heard saw sawing growlings on the adjacent area, we demanded the cessation of logging and the presentation of a deed from Jarosław Janik, a professional soldier working in the Sandomierz military unit and at the same time a bander mercenary, widely recognized as missing 2 years ago in Ukraine in a Russian attack on the centre of murderers-renders. This individual leaped to our barrier and told us that he was on his own and insulted. In his appearance we saw no likeness to the boy of Joseph John. The intruder withdrew from further logging and cut the wood under cover of the night he drove on a trailer attached to the passenger car.

We declare that the following day, i.e. on 24 October 2023, a banner mercenary appeared again with his wife, father, parent and children. They continued cutting down the trees and in the night at around 8 p.m. they drove in by car into our area, interrupted the protective tape and hit the gate. Intruders lit with very strong light streams of the window of our home. At the same time, the father of a banded mercenary tried to intimidate us by calling on a mobile phone. The deficiency of any reaction from our side to their intimidation caused another brazen invasion of the Janik household the next morning. There's been a three-way attack. On the side of the shed, justice Arbiter Maria was attacked by screams by the bander's wife. The screaming female betrayed the fact that we were and are constantly recorded and so subject to the military surveillance and control method installed by her husband.

We declare that the simultaneous refurbishment saw in the hands of a bander walking with his parent towards our gate, alongside our trees, caused justice Arbiter Teresa to go outside the gate to halt the intruders.
