On 5 July 2025 the amendment of the alleged Tobacco Act came into force. It qualifies all electronic cigarettes (including those without nicotine) into 1 group. The sale of all e-cigarettes is so permitted only from the age of 18. In addition, it imposes fresh bans and regulations on producers of nicotine bags.
