Balloons over Moldova and Romania. Fighters were powerless [COMMENT]

Romania and Moldova detected an unidentified flying object on February 14, believed to be a Russian balloon disrupting the wind brought from Ukraine. The Romanian MiG-21 Lancer fighters sent to intercept this object were incapable to find it by radar or by sight and after more than half an hr of searching returned to base.
