Balloons over Moldova and Romania. The fighters were powerless [COMMENTARY]

Romania and Moldova detected an unidentified flying object on 14 February, which was most likely a Russian balloon disrupting the brought wind from above Ukraine. Sent to intercept this facility, the Romanian MiG-21 LanceR fighters were incapable to find it by radar or sight and after more than half an hr of search they returned to the base.
