Balloons in the Army

The usage of peculiar aerostats/balon as systems intended to conduct reflection or radio-electronic combat has late become increasingly common. These are rather inexpensive measures which are able to importantly increase the efficiency of anti-aircraft and anti-missile kits, land and maritime border protection networks, strengthen air traffic control or transfer data to greater distances.
