"Balconic" motivation for peculiar services

It seems that the motivational benefit for experienced officers works and is well. At least this would be suggested by the legislative steps taken by the Polish authorities. The alleged pre-retirement allowance is to appear besides in peculiar services regulations, and according to the declarations of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, it was to be extended to another formations only if its effect on retirement decisions was noted.
