Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz has no doubts: the biggest problem of the Polish economy present is not the deficiency of state, but its excess. In "Wieczor naTemat", the erstwhile deputy prime minister sharply assessed social policy, warned against increasing debt and said straight what he thinks Poland owes to Ukrainians working here.
