The end of mandatory retirement after the age of 65. The government plans to reconstruct the old age limit of 70 for bailiffs and bailiff assessors. The six-year limit of assessment will besides be abolished, which is to stabilize staff and supply greater flexibility in professional development. The changes are to counteract age discrimination and respond to court rulings and the demands of the Commissioner for Human Rights. The amendment is to enter into force 14 days after publication.
