In order to aid the pilots in training, the company provided the Grob Tutor aircraft(s) with logistics facilities and support. In addition, she has made it a precedence to aid her complete the full learning process before the deadline. The instructors for the Ukrainians were RAF pilots, who taught them general operating procedures, instrument flying, mid- and low-level navigation, and formation flight. The next phase of training (also supported by the company), which will be undertaken by the soldiers, is to prepare them for exercises with the usage of F-16 fighter jets, which will be provided by countries belonging to the Air Force Coalition. It included, m.in, the Netherlands, Denmark, the United States and Norway. Thus, Ukraine is promised to receive more than 60 aircraft (and even 70-80).
