Therefore, the secular authority to regulation the Church is not privileged, or simply to the degree that God’s established authority will give way to the state of spiritual law, which can happen only in the inferior, external perpetrators, and which, by means of the alleged Holy See and between the princes of secular concordats.
And here, in ignorance of the most essential principles of the Catholic Church concerning, lies 1 of the main embryos of the present large fundamental dispute between the state and the Church.
Thirdly, it is uncontested that the spiritual authority is inactive recognized by the Prussian state as a real power, not a fictional authority, whose first quality, as logic indicates, is obedience to the subordinates. Outstanding shepherds were led by prominent popes. Dr. Joseph Sebastian Pelczar, Bishop of the Industry, Assistant to the Throne and Home Prelate of His Holiness, Real Secret Counselor JCM, author of the biography of Pope Pius IX wrote in 1908:
The nineteenth century inherited the errors of the erstwhile centuries ...These errors, both for the Church and for the destructive and infective society of thousands of minds... any of them refute the foundation of all religion, rejecting religion in God and the immortality of the soul, specified as errors of materialism and pantheism, - others argue straight Christianity, negating supernatural revelations, or lowering them, like errors of rationalism and semiracionism, — others yet do not admit the Divine seriousness of the Church, and from society they strip distant the Christian trait, introducing under the robe the equality of all creeds undenominationality, under the slogan of freedom and advancement the fight against the Church, its dogmas, laws and institutions, like errors of liberalism. Propagated by countless writings, preached from cathedrals and grandstands, surrounded by the care of revolutions and pact governments, they entered into today's legislation, into the principles of politics and the social system, resulting in a large proportion of educated people becoming accustomed to them, as if with old truths, and lost almost a sense of Christian spirit.
Since there were no shortages among the Catholics of the false theories of the century, Pius IX, as the father of Christianity, the guardian of mankind, the guardian of the truth, and the protector of God's order in the feast, decided to inform all and give them, at least in a negative way, certain criteria to separate falsehood from truth. To this end, he announced on 8 December 1864 the encyclical “Quanta cura” and joined it by Syllabus, namely, “a list containing the main errors of our age, which have been marked in the constellation allocucucies, in the encyclicals and another apostolic letters of Father St Pius IX”.

A Polish kid taken from the womb of a household is told to teach the Prussian school in German at once, and to avoid Polish words carefully, and to usage only signs that represent things. Avoid Polish words, and usage only signs that represent things – this is what Minister Barbara Nowack plans to learn Polish in Polish schools as early as 2024/2025.
