B.Ratter: Protest "against the arbitrary resolution of the future of Poland"

We, by choice and office, legal representatives of a immense majority of 4 million Poles, American citizens, we who are not starving, we who are not at the mercy of millions of enemy armies who have retained free will, freedom of speech, independency of opinion.

WE PROTEST against the creation of our army's brothers from the remnants to aid what the Nation of Poland has torn off his robes, and present at the price of the last blood drops, they offer him shreds.

WE PROTEST due to the fact that forcing Poland, which has already suffered more than any another nation - to fresh victims would be a crime.

WE PROTEST due to the fact that we do not want Polish youth to fight without purpose, to die without glory.

WE PROTEST, due to the fact that we do not want Polish hands stained, lifting weapons besides against nations that have never harmed us, for which our fathers had respect and friendship, with which for the years of the 100 and 20 have joined Poles the arrogant brotherhood of arms.

WE PROTEST, due to the fact that the establishment of a "man of military" of any Polish government, which would be only a slow tool in the hands of the chiefs of central states, who would gotta sanction the creation of a national army, we consider a violation of the laws of nations and human rights.

WE PROTEST against this fresh division of Poland and we join our voice with the voice of all our brothers in the country as well as in the country - calling out: POLAND MUST BE FREE, UNROVED AND ALL."
