Azeris don't trust Russians. Black boxes of crashed Embraer opened in Brazil

The Russians truly wanted the investigation into the Embraer 190 crash in Aktau, Kazakhstan, to be investigated by a joint Azerbaijani-Russian commission. The government in Baku said no. And it did not let the Russians to participate in the investigation.
