Azerbaijan bought Serbian artillery?

Serbia's president Alexandar Vučić reported on signing a contract with an unspecified country for the supply of a full of 48 artillery systems on the wheel chassis of Nora-B52. It was previously speculated that Algeria was the buyer, but the Serbian president denied selling this weapon to the African state. There are many indications that Azerbaijan is the buyer.
