The accident affected people who wanted to get a fresh passport or choice up a paper issued recently. For many Poles this meant postponement of the visit to the office and temporary interruption of the completion of formalities. Could have made it hard for citizens.
"We kindly ask for patience and follow messages. We will supply information on an ongoing basis erstwhile the strategy returns to its appropriate functioning" – said the Lower Silesian Provincial Office.
System failure
By noon, the malfunction was resolved. The Communication was issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
"About 9:45 a short interruption occurred in access to the registry of State Systems, preventing the performance of tasks on the basis of these registers, specified as individual IDs, passports, civilian position records," we read.
The Central Centre of Information Technology, which is subject to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, rapidly began to remove the failure. By noon, the strategy was restored to full functionality, and passport points resumed the service of the stakeholders. The situation afraid all passport points across Poland.

The talker in the case was the spokesperson for the Ministry of abroad Affairs. – There was a break in access to the registry of state systems. It prevents the performance of tasks specified as issuing IDs and passports," said Karolina Galecka quoted by Polsat News station.
The causes of the failure are not yet known.
