It was a demonstration of the failure of the chiefs of the committee, with her president Magdalena Magoka at the head, and at the same time proof that it would take a minute for the president of the Law and Justice to be sent to political retirement. – specified interrogations are a waste of time, present I lost all day – said Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists.

Jarosław Kaczyński did not sit well yet, and he had already played all the procedural plays. Together with MPs Mariusz Goski and Jack Ozdoba (both from the PiS club) he cleverly played the rules tricks and almost paralyzed the commission's work. He yet refused to make a pledge, explaining the possible criminal liability for revealing classified secrets. Kaczyński wanted to show one more time that he is “without any mode”. Modes and procedures are for average grays – not for him.
– Refusing a pledge is not crucial for the validity of the committee meeting, as well as the work of the witness for giving false evidence or concealing the truth," said Mr Ryszard Kalisz. A request for the punishment of Jarosław Kaczyński was sent to the territory Court in Warsaw.
