AW149 not only for the Air Cavalry

** Last July, a contract was signed and the order for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland for the supply of 32 multi-purpose support helicopters for the AW149. The value of the contract is PLN 8.25 billion gross. The first machines are already delivered, the end of deliveries is scheduled for 2029. The AW149 was designed in the beginning of the first decade of the 21st century, so it is the most modern, now available multi-purpose chopper capable of carrying out many tasks in a complex, contemporary combat environment.**
