Aviation company in the hands of Łukasiewicz - Institute of Aviation

Łukasiewicz's daughter company - Institute of Aviation, operating under the name Mieleckie Zakłady Lototnicze Sp. z o.o., became the fresh owner of the Department of Aviation Services in Mielec. The agreement for the transfer of ownership rights to the organized part of the company was signed on 31 October 2022 with Airbus Poland S.A. The main nonsubjective of the acquisition of the Aviation Services Division in Mielec by the Institute is to grow the possibilities in the field of commercialization of works and products and joint investigation and improvement projects.
