In the light of the crisis of the Euro-Atlantic safety system, the United Kingdom, Germany, France (state of format E3) and Poland should form a European leadership group in NATO – estimates the British think tank RUSI in a study quoted in the Christmas edition of the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung".
