The first presented variant of AMPV is simply a combat infantry car with a distant control tower strategy Kongsberg MCT (Medium Caliber Turret) RT60, armed with an M813 30 mm automatic cannon, which is an upgraded version of the Mk44S cannon for the U.S. Army.
