Assaulting Jan Malicki. The D.A.'s investigation movement

The investigation of the attack on the manager of the east European Studies Jan Malicki was terminated - the territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw forwarded on Tuesday. As it was found, Malicki's injuries do not indicate that there is "action or omission of another natural person". In the D.A.'s opinion, it was "only an unfortunate accident." The order is invalid.
