Attack on Jan Malicki. Prosecutor's Office's decision Regarding the Investigation

The investigation into the attack on the manager of the Centre for east European Studies, Jan Malicki, has been discontinued, the territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw announced on Tuesday. It was found that the injuries Malicki sustained did not indicate that there had been "an action or omission by another natural person". In the prosecutor's opinion, it was "solely an unfortunate accident". The decision is not final.
