Attack in the Black Sea. Oil production is falling

Four tankers managed by Greek shipowners were hit by unidentified drones in the Black Sea on their way to burden oil at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal off the Russian coast. The attacks coincide with a drop in Kazakhstan's oil production, which sources say reached 35 percent in the first days of January.
