The Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said in Davos that if medium-sized countries, specified as Poland, do not join forces and do not sit down with the large powers, they will be included in the menu. The PiS that wants to buy in Donald Trump's favour with a billion dollars for a seat in the Peace Council shows that there is simply a 3rd option - you can be a waiter at this table.
