On Saturday, February 4, United States Air Force (USAF) F-22 Raptor fighters took off from Langley Base in Virginia on an different combat mission. An advanced plan from the end of the Cold War, designed to win the dominion in the air in the clash of massive armies, this time was expected to shoot down... a balloon.
