The implementation of the solutions presently at the pilot phase will guarantee the transition of the Polish Armed Forces from the conventional personnel model to the modern "talent management" model, based on recognizing the knowledge, competences, predispositions and possible of soldiers and the conscious usage of this information in the processes of qualification, improvement and career planning.
