An army facing the top crisis. “Army in ruin” Part (Part II)

Ours were certain that it would be specified a war as in 2014, that it would have an exclusive local dimension, and Putin was only curious in east Ukraine. And it never occurred to anyone that it would be a war like the Second planet War, that there would be a front, there would be tanks, there would be mines. We predicted that if anything, it would be more hybrid, drones, and another things, but not that we had a full wreck. no of the military took it, at least in our command, into account. That's why nothing happened on the military level. We're in any kind of lethargy. But remember, the military is just a tool in the hands of politicians. If the military does something, it usually ends badly. If politicians take action, the military will do it, and if there are no commands, decisions, orders, the military will do nothing. His hands are tied.
