Armistice talks. Delegations behind first of 2 negotiating blocs

A gathering of delegations from Ukraine and Russia has ended in Istanbul, AFP reported, citing sources in the Turkish abroad Ministry. Representatives of the United States and Turkey participated in the gathering as mediators. The Ukrainian delegation was represented by defence Minister Rustem Umerov, while the Russian delegation was represented by Vladimir Putin's advisor, Vladimir Medinsky.
