Armenia wants "Cross for Peace". Is Russia interrupting?

The government of Nikola Paszynian, despite many difficulties, has consistently sought to normalize Armenia's relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan, seeing this as the only way to guarantee Armenia's security. 1 way to accomplish this nonsubjective is to plan a "Cross for Peace", a transit task of key geopolitical importance. Russia, of course, is trying to prevent this and destabilise the South Caucasus.
