Armaments intensification, i.e. adding to state-owned companies is not enough

The recapitalization of the Polish Armaments Group is not adequate to build a strong defence manufacture on the Vistula. Long-term orders for equipment and more funds for investigation and improvement are besides needed. And, of course, beginning up to Polish private industry.
