Although U.S. president Joe Biden said that the U.S. would not hand over the F-16 fighters to Ukraine, Washington officials admit that they would most likely supply Kiev with more advanced air defence measures or at least agree to the F-16 deliveries from another countries - said the paper "Financial Times" on Tuesday.
