Are the F-16s coming to Ukraine through another countries?

Although US president Joe Biden has said the US will not hand over F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, officials in Washington admit they are likely to supply Kiev with more advanced air defence measures or at least agree to F-16 deliveries from another countries, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
