Apple lost before the EU court. iOS and App store are access guards

On Wednesday, the European Union Court dismissed Apple's complaint to the European Commission's decision to recognise the company as a alleged "gatekeeper" for the App store and the iOS operating strategy under the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA).
