Apple opens mobile payment strategy to competitors: end of European Commission investigation

Apple is beginning up its mobile payment strategy to competing wallets, ending the European Commission's antitrust investigation. In just 2 weeks, iPhone users in the European Union will be able to usage any mobile wallets for contactless (“tap-and-go”) payments.
