Apple and Microsoft do not want to be subject to the Digital Markets Act

Apple and Microsoft disagree with the European Commission's opinion qualifying iMessage and Bing services for regulation under the Digital Markets Act (DMA). This is another regulation imposing fresh obligations on large Tech.
