Euro-Atlantic Association, Warsaw, 3 October 2025.

Declaration

30 September 2925, in Pruszków close Warsaw Ukrainian citizen Volodymyr Z. wanted under the European Arrest Warrant issued by the German side. He is accused of participating in the demolition of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline infrastructure on 26 September 2022.

The Euro-Atlantic Association is not an institution that can talk of the anticipation of Volodimir Z's participation in the alleged action, but even in this case, in the light of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the German party’s allegation appears to be lacking any sense or legitimacy.

The allegation relates to an incidental that occurred in a period of violent Russian aggression against Ukraine and infrastructure which had already lasted for about half a year to fund the war. Infrastructure owned by the Russian Gazprom majority. Under war law, this event should be treated as a weakening aggressor of the defence of the Homeland.

For the Management Board of the Association

Andrzej Krawczyk, b. Ambassador of Poland to Prague, Bratislava and Sarajevo, b. Minister at the Chancellery of president Lech Kaczyński
